The television show “Mästarnas mästare” (Champion of the Champions) is one of the most popular television shows in Sweden. In the show, athletes compete against each other in a number of different athletic challenges. About a week ago, a Facebook page was made, trying to get the former Counterstrike professional Emil “HeatoN” Christensen on the show.
Tom keeps picking on me for spreading my Swedish propaganda here on PCGMedia, but I will keep it going anyway.
Emil “HeatoN” Christensen has won several huge titles throughout his e-sport career, including the Cyberathlete Profesional League (CPL) with his team Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP) and other big titles with SK-gaming. He is considered to be one of the best Counter-strike players of all times. Approximately a week ago, a Facebook page was created with the hopes of getting the famous human aimbot on the popular television show “Mästarnas Mästare.” At this moment, the Facebook page has more than 36,000 likes.
Today, the network announced that they have invited HeatoN to discuss the matter on another show this Sunday. Nothing is decided yet but if the network asks the famous gaming profile to be in the show for the upcoming season, he will clearly say yes according to Expressen newspaper;
“Of course I’d say yes if I was asked to be in the show. Not only because I would think it would be fun, this is a campaign for the entire Swedish e-sport scene.”
I’ll include a couple of videos of Emil’s accomplishments from his career in video gaming.
