Call of Duty: Black Ops II sales drop by 81%, still dominates UK chart
As of November 24th, Black Ops II retains it spot on UK charts as the number one game despite sales dropping by 81% after its launch week. Even the highly anticipated Hitman: Absolution, which is currently debuts at number two, wasn’t enough to dethrone Black Ops II. This, however, makes IO Interactive’s best selling Hitman game since 2006s Hitman: Blood Money. FIFA 13 ranks number 3 followed by Assassins Creed III then Halo 4.
The only other new entry into the charts this week is LEGO: Lord of the Rings and the only new IP to make it in is Book of Spells, a PS3 exclusive which is currently ranks 20th.
