The futuristic first-person shooter Killzone: Shadow Fall was released as a launch title for the Playstation 4 in November. Now Sony has announced that the multiplayer part of the game will be free to play during the coming weekend for all Playstation Plus members.
The game is beautiful, but I haven’t really gotten into the whole futuristic genre. But most critics have praised the game and it received 74 out of 100 on Metacritic.com, the game has sold more than 500,000 copies so far.
If you are a PS Plus Subscriber but you haven’t had a chance to play the game, seize the moment and try it out for free this weekend. Steven Ter Heide, the Game Director of Guerilla Games says in the post on the Playstation blog;
“Through this promotion, the PS4 owners who don’t yet own Shadow Fall can easily try the game’s acclaimed multiplayer mode, and experience first-hand the excitement that thousands of videos and livestreams have already spread via the PS4′s powerful share functionality.”
The multiplayer part of Killzone: Shadow Fall will be available for free from December 28th to 31th but you can already now start the preload.
