This language fix is a small 12mb file, which allows you to set the language of the in-game text and subtitles to the language of your choice.

Game audio and videos are ENGLISH BY DEFAULT! That means that if you wish to play Mass Effect 3 in English, you only need to download the 12mb file below. The game audio and video will already by English.

1. Download the language files, unrar and copy the files to “YOURPROGRAMFILESFOLDER”\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3 folder

2. Click Start, Run, and type
regedit

then press enter. a new window will open.

on 32 bit Windows; Navigate to: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\BioWare\Mass Effect 3],

on 64 bit Windows; Navigate to : [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\BioWare\Mass Effect 3]

Now change the data as below by right clicking the relevant row and pressing ‘edit value’:

on 32 bit Windows; Find: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Origin Games\71402], (if it does not exist, you can pass this step)

on 64 bit Windows; Find: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Origin Games\71402] and change as below: (if it does not exist, you can pass this step)

To change the subtitle language, just delete the BIOGame_RUS.tlk in Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole folder and rename the other file as BIOGame_RUS.tlk.
